    Moses Kwesi Baiden Jnr. is the Chief Executive officer of Margins Group; a creative, high energy and goal-driven individual who has walked the halls of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing for the past twenty-seven (27) years. A tenacious Executive who approaches the challenge of business with his flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking, whilst taking the time to nurture and mentor young professionals in Leadership.
    Moses’ professional career started even before he graduated from the Ghana Law School (Makola) where he was selected to be a Teaching Assistant for the University of Ghana Law Faculty; he ultimately graduated in the top-tenth percentile of his year group.
    A Barrister at Law (LLB, BL) by profession, his calling as an Entrepreneur commenced in 1990 while still a Law student; identifying a gap in the print finishing market, Moses started Margins Group with a start-up capital of $100.

    Moses Baiden’s business is mainly Private Sector focused, however his innovativeness and delivery in leadership, strategy and business growth, has through the visible success of his private businesses won him the recognition of numerous organizations both locally and internationally.

    From May 2006 to 2009, Moses Baiden, was appointed to the Board of Ghana Investment and Promotion Centre (GIPC) as a Director. Although being the youngest Director, he was unanimously voted by the Board of Directors as Vice-Chairman, and then held the position of Acting-Chairman of the Board on the resignation of the Chairman, until the end of the term of the Board. It is worth noting that appointment to the GIPC Board, including that of Chairman of the Board is made by the President of Ghana upon recommendation, and the Vice Chairman position is elected by the Board of Directors amongst fellow Directors. GIPC is under the Office of the President of Ghana.

  • Deputy Head Boy Mfantsipim School: 1985 – 1986
    As president of MOBA ‘83 he led the group in delivering the most innovative Mfantsipim year group project to date named the 'Pato'. Moses also made it to the list of top 100 of the most influential and successful Lawyers that have qualified through the Law faculty since it was established, he was one of the youngest on the list.
    He has been selected to represent the Ghanaian, African and Danish Private sector on many official occasions:
  • Government of Ghana's official visit to India
  • President of Ghana's official visit to Switzerland
  • The official visit of the Queen of Denmark to Tanzania
  • Invited by the Danish government to present views of African private sector at the African Council, to guide focus of Danish Government aid to African countries.
  • Selected as a member of Danish Industries (DI) through the membership of IDFG.
